Emotion Academy’s Head Coach and Trainer is Melisa Grigg. Melisa has helped 1000’s of people to better understand their emotions over the last 10 years Melisa. She has worked her entire life to improve how she relates with herself and becoming and expert on emotions, to grow into a fun, intelligent, caring person, which is why she loves to share her time with those who have the heart to learn.

Melisa used to feel down a lot of the time, doctors even told her she had that terrible ‘D’ word, you know what it is…that’s right, Depression. These days, you wouldn’t know it. She loves to be around people and her positive energy and happy demeanor are infectious. She has created for herself a life of passion and excitement.

Melisa will give you advanced techniques to help you resolve some of the problems you have in managing your emotions.
