  • Being Stuck In Sadness and What To Do About It

    Learn about how to go from being stuck in sadness to happy from someone who has been there for 15 years of her life. Its critical sometimes to learn from people who have been where you are and found a way out so you can save your self time and learn strategies that actually work.

  • How To Handle Negative Friends and Family

    Sometimes the people that we spend most of our time with are not as positive as we’d like them to be, which can cause tension. In this section, we’ll help you navigate those times, so that you can respond in ways that work for you.

  • Overthinking

    Many of us don't realise the effect overthinking has on our lives. When we feel anxious or can't relax overthinking plays a major role. We need to learn strategies to handle these times which is exactly what this section is about.

Who Is My Presenter?

Melisa Grigg is Emotion Academy’s Head Coach and Trainer. Over the last 10 years Melisa has helped 1000's of people with the emotions in their life. She is a down-to-earth, straight up, friendly and warm person, who has learned her way to improve these emotions through her entire life.

Melisa has gone from feeling down a lot of the time, to living a fulfilling life and she is known for being the kind of person others want to be around! More than that, she has taken herself from feeling sad and living in a cycle of negative thinking for many years, to learning how to take control of her emotions and living a life she is passionate about.

Melisa loves to travel, going to movies and listening to music while she goes for a run (yay!)
