When you are feeling stress, it gives rise to chemical reactions in your body that can actually age you faster, increase your blood pressure and make you fat! That’s why learning simple strategies that you can use to stop stress, will help you feel happier and live healthier for longer. Thankfully, stress is very manageable and preventable.

• Are you and your partner feeling stressed about trying to compromise work together but you’re on a completely different page?
• Do you feel as if you have too many responsibilities as a parent that your focus is continuously split between them?
• Is the long commute to and from work really getting to you and you’re not sure how long you can keep it up?
• Have you been trying to stay on top of your finances, but it’s got out of hand and you’re stressing out?
• Is your stomach a ball of knots because you’ve got exams coming up?

Wherever the stress is appearing in your life, it’s never too late to do something about it. Life can sometimes create circumstances that you have no control over, but you always have control over how you respond to those situations.

More Information

The way you think about stress can determine how your body responds.
Stress can show up in your life for many reasons. Sometimes it can actually be helpful, like the type of stress that powers you perform well on stage or in a sport.

But when you’re feeling stressed, it’s likely because the pressures you’ve been feeling have started to affect your life negatively. This workshop focuses on giving you easy to use strategies to help you respond better in stressful situations. Plus we’ll talk about ways you can prevent stress from creeping up on you, and feel more calm, more often.

Quote by Hans Seyle

“Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.”

If you’ve let stress take hold and it’s stopping you from achieving what you want, then make your way to our workshop and learn the steps to preventing stress in your life.  Find out the specific strategies you can use immediately to stop stress from showing up. We’ll cover:

• What are the signs of stress?
• How does it affect my health, relationships, career and finances?
• What are the strategies for preventing stress?
• Practical step by step actions for dealing with stress.
• Where to go from here?

As you start to become a master of your stress, you’ll notice the massive difference it can make in your life as you become a calmer you.

Quote by Dan Millman

“You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.”

At this workshop you’ll get to learn from someone who has been there and conquered stress in every area of life. We like to have a bit of fun in our workshops, so be prepared to laugh your way to stressing less and walk away with tools you can use immediately.

Join a like-minded community of people supporting each other as we learn step by step techniques that are easy to understand and implement. Anyone can do this so feel free to bring a friend.

Amazing! I wish I had learnt and been aware of how extremely important emotions play in ones life. Knowing that we control and choose the emotions we feel and not the other way around. Being lead by the trainees, who showed us how family it was to change your state / emotion for.
