Are you proud that you have high standards and are always striving for perfection? Do you think that if you finally reach perfection you will be failure-proof and safe from rejection because who would criticise perfection? This type of thinking is actually not keeping you safe at all; it’s keeping you from living up to your full potential.
• Are you never quite satisfied with your work and always striving to make sure it’s absolutely perfect before you’ll let anyone else see it?
• Have you ever felt guilty or “not good enough” because you haven’t figured out your career yet, bought a house, got married or had children, while all your friends seem to be doing those things?
• Are you constantly feeling as if you have something to prove, or someone to please?
• At work or in your relationship, do you fear that no one will ever get something done to your standards, so you just do it all yourself and end up feeling resentful and stressed out?
The thing about perfectionism, is that it’s not an empowering way to live. It doesn’t actually help you achieve those high standards that you set for yourself. How many opportunities have you let pass by because of a perfectionist mindset? Imagine what you could have achieved by now, if you let go of perfection. Just think about that for a minute.

More Information

When you are trying to be perfect all the time, in every little detail, it can leave you depleted of all energy, and at times it can even feel like you are not capable enough.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to know that when you have given it your best, you have done the job to the highest quality possible and you are able to stop, relax and breathe easy?

It’s ok to have high standards, we’ll just show you some better ways of achieving them. Ways that empower you, and help you to feel great about yourself. Ways that help you get more done, with less stress. Ways that you can implement straight away and start getting the results you’ve always wanted.

Quote by Julie Flygare

“The thing that is really hard and really amazing is giving up on being perfect and beginning to work on becoming yourself.”

The truth is, deep down you know that perfection is unattainable, don’t you? How many times have you told someone else that ‘nobody is perfect,’ and yet when it comes to yourself, you dig your heels in and try to be perfect in every way?

• Do you find it hard to meet your own standards?
• Have you ever been frustrated with yourself because things are never as you want them to be?
• Have you ever felt that you are forever trying to catch up, as if nothing is ever quite right until it’s done to your complete satisfaction?
• Do you want to be able to put your best foot forward, feeling proud of your achievements and knowing that you are making progress towards your goals?
Are you ready to stop perfection and empower yourself? There are simple steps you can take to get out of negative thinking and start actually achieving all that you want in life.

Quote by Marc Jacobs

“I always find beauty in things that are odd and imperfect - they are much more interesting.

Come and learn how to stop negative thoughts that might pop up when you’re constantly not reaching your perfectionist ideals, like ‘I am not good enough’, or ‘I am a failure’. We’ll even give you simple, practical exercises you can do to prevent those patterns in the future.

This workshop will teach you how to keep your standards high if you want to, but you’ll learn how to do it without the stresses of self-imposed perfectionism. Find out what it’s like to feel worthy of yourself for who you are, not what you have done. You’re more than that.
So, come along and learn from someone who gets it because they’ve been there too. You might even have some fun! Everyone is welcome so feel free to bring a friend along with you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! I wish I had learnt and been aware of how extremely important emotions play in ones life. Knowing that we control and choose the emotions we feel and not the other way around. Being lead by the trainees, who showed us how family it was to change your state / emotion for.

I appreciate all practice exercise parts. When I get the chance to apply and inforce what I learn. The moment part as well is good. I hoped there was more elaboration on breaking patterns. Overall, I enjoyed the friendly warm feel of the training.
