Are you allowing procrastination to make your life decisions for you? Have you ever sat down full of determination to get a task done, only to find yourself browsing funny cat memes or jumping up to do something really “important” like checking your Facebook page or updating your knowledge about the latest celebrity scandal?

• Have you been dragging your feet to work every day, and you just want your motivation back?
• Are you  stuck in a relationship that’s no longer working for you, because you’re putting off having “that talk”?
• Are you always about to start something but you don’t seem to get around to it? About to start a detox, a healthy eating plan, a fitness challenge, a new course?
