Are you feeling overwhelmed? Have you taken on more than you think you can handle but you don’t want to break those commitments? Do you take on others emotions as your own? There is a simple way to stop overwhelm and prevent it from showing up in your life.

• Are you constantly pushing yourself to achieve more, be better, and compete higher than before?
• Have you been wearing yourself down and beating yourself up for not meeting expectations?
• Are you too busy trying to wear too many hats: chef, parent, chauffeur, personal assistant, sibling, artist, manager, caterer, counsellor, cleaner, event planner,  etc.?
• Do you have the best intentions making promises to your boss, colleagues, friends and family, but often realise that you’ve taken on too much?
• Do you have so many competing priorities that you don’t know where to start, or how?

Looking back on those times that you felt overwhelmed, have you ever noticed how things seem to have worked out? Not always in the way that you pictured, but somehow it always ends up not being as big a deal as you originally thought. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could skip the overwhelmed part and get straight to the end where you’re OK and you’ve dealt with it already?

More Information

Life can sometimes throw you a curveball or seven, making it feel as if you’ll never manage it all. If you go to bed at night thinking of your endless to-do list, imagine how great it would feel to just be able to relax instead? By following a few simple steps, you can invite more order and calm into your life and stop feeling overwhelmed.

Imagine how wonderful it will feel to complete something you put your mind to, even if you weren’t 100% inspired the whole way through. Just picture how it would feel to stop labelling yourself negatively and celebrate your achievements. So how do you do this?

Quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

This workshop can show you strategies to help you get off the up and down emotional roller coaster you’ve been riding on, and start turning overwhelm into action.

Have you ever thought to yourself:

• “I can’t do this”
• “It’s too much for me right now.”
• “I don’t want to, but I have to”

You can change those negative thoughts into more empowered ones, and stop that feeling of overwhelm from creeping up on you. Imagine how great it will feel to be certain within yourself that whatever happens, you have the right strategy to deal with it.

Quote by Harriet Beecher Stowe

“Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.”

Emotions are fleeting. Systems are reliable. In this workshop the focus is on simple steps to prevent feeling overwhelmed, plus systems you can follow to get you out of negative thinking. You will learn straight-forward strategies to calm your emotions and take a step forward.

No more waiting for anxiety to pass, or relying on willpower to get you through. You can learn the easy way to stopping negative patterns in a supportive environment with a group of likeminded people. We’re all here to have some fun, connect and conquer overwhelm for good!

Feel free to bring along anyone who might benefit too.

Amazing! I wish I had learnt and been aware of how extremely important emotions play in ones life. Knowing that we control and choose the emotions we feel and not the other way around. Being lead by the trainees, who showed us how family it was to change your state / emotion for.

I appreciate all practice exercise parts. When I get the chance to apply and inforce what I learn. The moment part as well is good. I hoped there was more elaboration on breaking patterns. Overall, I enjoyed the friendly warm feel of the training.
