There will be a 1 hour talk, packed with value and fun, followed by coffee and socialising afterwards.
The socialising is super important! It gives us time to get to know each other and have a chat about the learnings from the hour talk, plus you can get your questions answered and meet the presenter and your new tribe!

Amazing! I wish I had learnt and been aware of how extremely important emotions play in ones life. Knowing that we control and choose the emotions we feel and not the other way around. Being lead by the trainees, who showed us how family it was to change your state / emotion for.
This has made me go inside my mind and find some issues that I have had as hold back problems. With techniques I have learned now I can, with much more facility, deal with my negative emotions. Putting hard work in, I can now face my fears and continue to grow.
I appreciate all practice exercise parts. When I get the chance to apply and inforce what I learn. The moment part as well is good. I hoped there was more elaboration on breaking patterns. Overall, I enjoyed the friendly warm feel of the training.
Before I attended Emotion Mastery (Phase 1) I was a bit raw emotionally and easily influenced into a negative state but in a few days found I was able to manage that to not affect me for extended periods.
This course has been transformative. It has made me aware of areas of my life that need more work and has introduced me to the tools to fix them.
