Organisers

Are you struggling with overwhelm?  Have you said yes to everything and now you have too much on your plate to handle? Are you feeling burned out? We’ve all been there: people bite off more than they can chew, say yes to one too many responsibilities and suddenly it all starts to feel overwhelming.

• How many hours of intense work does it take before you realise you’re pushing too hard? How many coffees and late nights?
• Have you been missing opportunities for leisure or family because you have so much on your plate?
• Are you finding yourself over-promising and under-delivering?
• Do you feel as if there are too many demands on your time, energy and peace of mind whether it’s at home, at work, or in your relationships?
• Do you ever find yourself overwhelmed by the state of your life as a whole?

Life doesn’t always account for every single goal you’re going for, the list of things you have to do or the relationships you’re wanting to maintain. It can throw things at you all at once, and sometimes that’s overwhelming. So how do you stop it from happening to you?

More Information

Imagine your ideal calm self. You never put anything off, You go to bed at night relaxed and thinking of nothing but dreams. You get things done they way you’d like to without the stress and frustration.

There’s no reason to go through life feeling so stressed and overwhelmed. Thankfully there are specific steps you can take that can prevent overwhelm from happening in the first place and stop it in its tracks if it does. All it takes is a few simple steps, practised consistently over time.

Quote by Mark Twain

The secret to getting started is breaking your overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one.”

In this workshop you will learn the strategies, mindsets and attitudes that will reshape your approach and help you stop feeling overwhelmed.

Do these thoughts sound familiar to you?

• “I can’t do this.”
• “I don’t know where to start!”
• “I’m out of my depth.”
• “I don’t know what to do.”

You are in control of these thoughts, and you are capable of changing them. The first step to becoming your calmer self is within your reach and there are proven strategies you can use to help you get there.

Quote by Norman Vincent Peale

Change your thoughts and you change the world.”

The steps you will learn in this workshop are based on decades of experience, and have helped thousands of people from all over the world and all walks of life. We’ve broken down advanced psychology into easy-to-implement actions that anyone can do.

As always, our workshops are practical, entertaining and full of positive, warm and friendly people! Join a group of like-minded people coming together to learn and support one another whilst having fun at the same time.

You’ll learn a simple step by step process to stop overwhelm, from someone who has been there before and got out of it. This is for everyone, so come along and feel free to bring a friend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! I wish I had learnt and been aware of how extremely important emotions play in ones life. Knowing that we control and choose the emotions we feel and not the other way around. Being lead by the trainees, who showed us how family it was to change your state / emotion for.

I appreciate all practice exercise parts. When I get the chance to apply and inforce what I learn. The moment part as well is good. I hoped there was more elaboration on breaking patterns. Overall, I enjoyed the friendly warm feel of the training.
